今天（7月29日），根据美国移民局邮件通知，根据往年审理数据计算，为满足年度H-1B签证配额，移民局决定对2022财年H-1B申请人进行第二轮电子抽签，并且二轮随机抽签已经于7月28日完成。今早，我们开始陆续收到二轮抽签中签通知。
二轮抽签申请的审理及注意事项
与首轮抽签一样，二轮抽签中签的申请人同样有90天的时间来准备申请材料，材料的递交时间为8月2日至11月3日。申请人需依照中签通知所标明的信息，将包括中签通知在内的纸质版申请，按时递交至相应移民局服务中心。
需要注意的是，新财年H-1B正式生效日期为10月1日。对于上述申请人而言，在新财年开始前，递交材料并顺利获批的可能性并不大，使用加急申请（Premium Processing）情况除外。因此，10月1日前未收到审批结果，且无其他合法工作身份的申请人，在10月1日之后需停止工作，但可留在美国境内等待审理结果，直至H-1B申请批准。
移民局官员在审理H-1B材料之后，可能会给出三种审理结果，即批准（Approval），补件（RFE）和拒绝（Denial）。即便顺利获批是所有H-1B申请人的心愿，但纵观近年来的H-1B审理数据，RFE补件及申请拒绝情况也并非少数。各位申请人可详细参照我们之前发布的文章《担心H-1B拿不到？职业绿卡照样可以申请！》，了解常见H-1B RFE理由，及可行的职业移民规划方案。
